This is not intended to replace the book, it’s simply a reference for those who already know the creation process.
Phase One – Human
15 dots to Attributes (Base 0, 7/5/3)
23 dots to Abilities (Base 0, Max 3)
7 dots to Backgrounds (Base 0)
3 Willpower (Base 0)
1 Quantum (Base 0)
15 Bonus Points, can exceed Ability Maximum of 3
Phase Two – Nova
30 Nova Points

Initial Quantum cannot exceed 5, add one Taint if Quantum is 5.
Taint halves the cost of a purchase rounding up.
Taint above 3 gives Aberrations on a one to one basis.
House Rule: For character creation only Tainted power may be bought in “bulk”.
Mega–Attributes can only be bought up to Quantum +1 or Attribute +1, whichever is less.

Sprint = ( Dexterity + ( Mega-Dexterity x 2 )) x 3 + 20
Quantum pool = 20 + ( Quantum Rating x 2 ) + purchased Quantum Pool.
Quantum Recovery: Relaxed = Node+1 Hour, Sleep = Relaxed*2
Pool / Turn (Node 0-5): 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 20
Human: Bashing = Stamina /2 (round down)
Lethal = 0
Nova: Bashing = Stamina + Mega-Stamina
Lethal = Stamina / 2 (Round down) + Mega-Stamina / 2 (Round up)
First Enhancement Free!
Mega-Strength: [MS] x 5 in Str/Might/Melee Combat.
Mega-Dexterity: May Dodge bullets. 4+ dots, Block = Snatch. Affects Initiative
Mega-Stamina: Soak, Lifespan, Pain Reduction, Extra Health, Resistance/Endurance = Rating.
Mega-Perception: Short term detail observations are automatic.
Mega-Intelligence: Deductive Leaps of logic at speed.
Mega-Wits: Affects Initiative.
Mega-Appearance: [MA] to Style or Intimidation.
Mega-Manipulation: [MM] to Resist Deception.
Mega-Charisma: [MC] to Social interactions.
